This is the story of crime reporter Jessica Nelson and the Enterprise, Pecan Springs' local newspaper, which (like all local newspapers these days) is in serious trouble. Jessica needs a little help from her friends (China Bayles and Ruby Wilcox) to untangle the mysteries behind the stories she's covering. And Hark Hibler and the Enterprise need lots of help from their friends to stay afloat in the Internet Age.

Three standalone novellas are linked by one longer plotline to add up to hours of reading pleasure.
